Building a low maintenance beauty routine
Brows that stay put, lashes that stay curled and a routine that takes minutes, not an hour.
A low maintenance routine is not about doing less to look good. It is about doing the work once so you do not have to repeat it every morning.
Start with brows
Brows do more to frame your face than almost anything else. If you fill them in every day, microblading can take that step off your list for well over a year. Strokes are designed to look like your own brow hairs, so you look put together without makeup.
Then lashes
You have two options. Extensions add length and fullness and need a fill every two to three weeks. A lash lift and tint curls and darkens your own lashes and grows out on its own. Either one replaces mascara and a curler.
Keep skin simple
With brows and lashes handled, a gentle cleanser, moisturizer and sunscreen go a long way. Just keep oily products away from your lash line if you have extensions.
Plan your appointments together
- Lash fills every two to three weeks
- A lash lift every six to eight weeks or so if you go that route
- A brow touch up every year or two
Put them on your calendar once and you are done thinking about it.
